重视狼疮肾炎的早期干预和综合强化治疗 被引量：2

摘要 随着实验室检测手段的提高和治疗方案的不断完善，系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erylhematosus, SLE）患者的生存期已经从20世纪50年代的2年生存率50％，延长到了现在的10年生存率90％。虽然SLE患者的中、短期生存率得到了很大提高，但由于重要脏器的受累以及在漫长的病程中并发症的不断出现，使得SLE患者15～20年的长期生存率仍然低于同性别和年龄的人群。
