摘要
探讨了形状记忆合金在驱动器上的应用现状,阐述了形状记忆合金的疲劳概念,并分析了常见的形状记忆效应驱动器的工作机制及疲劳机理;对设计所需的TiNi形状记忆合金丝进行了相关的疲劳行为实验,为进一步的驱动器设计提供了理论指导。
This paper firstly discusses the application of shape-memory alloys in Actuator and explains the definition of the fatigue behavior of shape-memory alloys. It also analyzes the work principle and fatigue behaviors of the common used shape-memory-effect actuators. Secondly some experiments have been done for the fatigue behaviors of the TiNi wire required for the actuator's designs, which can provide theoretical instructions for the further design of the actuators.
