二血管阻断加低血压法建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过二血管阻断加低血压法建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,探讨全脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑组织结构变化,为脑复苏中的进一步神经保护作用研究提供条件。方法30只SD大鼠采用二血管阻断加低血压法制作大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型;实验结束后,计算成功例数和死亡例数。开颅取大脑组织进行形态学观察。结果30只大鼠中,26只造模成功,成功率86.67%。全脑缺血再灌注大鼠大脑出现大量神经元坏死、胞浆浓缩、核固缩现象。结论二血管阻断加低血压法成模效果稳定,死亡率较低。能较好地建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,可为脑复苏的的深入研究提供良好实验基础。 Objective Through two vessel occlusion add hypotension to establish the global cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model, discusses the global cerebral structure change in rats.Methods Global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established by two-vessel occlusion plus hypotension in 30 SD rats. Successful cases and death cases were calculated and cerebral morphological changes were observed, Results Of 30 rats, 26 (86. 67%) were successful, and morphological observation showed obvious neurons lesions including neurons necrosis, concentrated cytoplasma and pyknosis. Conclusions The method of two vessel occlusion plus hypotension could establish global cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model in rat. It was stability, typical and lower mortality.
