摘要
设计制作了一台利用光漏斗导光聚能并具有高温相变储热功能的直接供热式太阳能炉,介绍了其结构和运行原理。在稳态提供光能的条件下,对其性能进行了实验测试,给出了装置的升温曲线和降温曲线。利用ANSYS软件,对其储热过程进行了仿真模拟,给出了模拟结果。对影响装置性能的因素进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,在提供光能300W的条件下,装置6h储能达到饱和,温度达到约200℃,给用户的供热功率约700W,系统散热功率小于50W。
The structure and the operation principle of a new solar stove with light guide assembling energy and high tem- perature phase change thermal storage were designed and introduced in this paper. The correlative experiments were car- ried out under the steady state provided light energy. The temperature changing curves of the storage body with the time in heating or cooling processes were given out. Thermal storage processes of the unit were numerically researched with software ANSYS, and the simulation results were presented. The results indicate that the unit can attain 200℃ and saturate when it is provided 300W steady light source for 6 hours, and can supply hot power for consumer bigger than 700W and its heat loss power less than 50W.
