摘要
研究了乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)络合溶胶-凝胶法制备CuFeMnO_4尖晶石复合金属氧化物的最佳工艺条件,并用紫外-可见-近红外(UV-Vis-NIR)分光光度计测试粉末的光吸收率。试验结果表明,在室温(约25℃)下,当金属离子配比为Mn^(2+):Cu^(2+):Fe^(3+)=3:2:1,溶液反应pH值为6.5时,干凝胶在800℃煅烧制备的CuFeMnO_4复合金属氧化物试样中基本不含有CuO、Fe_2O_3和MnO杂质相,并且粉末对200~2500nm波长范围的光线具有良好的吸收性能,吸收率达到95%,是一种有潜力的太阳能选择性吸收涂层材料。
The best formation process of black colored CuFeMnO4 spinel powders, which were synthesized by EDTA com- plexing Sol-Gel method, was investigated. Furthermore, the solar absorptivity of CuFeMnO4 spinel powders was examined by the UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer. The results revealed that the CuFeMnO4 spinel powders were successfully synthe- sized without the CuO, Fe2 03 and the MnO extraneous phase under circumstances that the temperature was about 25 ℃ (ambient temperature), the metal ion ratio was Mn2 + :Cu2 + :Fe3 + = 3:2:1 and the pH value of the solution was about 6.5. After annealed at 800℃, the powders could absorb the light within the wavelength range of 200 - 2500nm efficiently and the absorptivity can reach up to 95 %. It showed that CuFeMnO4 spinel powders could be used as potential material for solar absorbers in solar collector systems.
