基于Pro/E的注塑模电极模块设计

摘要 利用VC++6.0中的MFC和Pro/E的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT,对注塑模电极设计模块进行开发,以实现在Pro/E环境下集成的、统一的电极设计功能,从而提高注塑模电极设计和制造的效率,并为注塑模电极设计模块的进一步开发提供一定的基础。主要介绍了电极头和电极基座的设计,举例示范了注塑模电极设计的操作流程。 The electrode module design for injection mould is developed using MFC of VC+ + 6.0 and the secondary development tool Pro/TOOLKIT in Pro/E in order to achieve integrated and unified electrode design based on Pro/E. The efficiency of electrode design and manufacture for injection mould is improved and the foundation is given for the further development of electrode design module for injection mould. The designs of electrode head and electrode base are introduced and the operational procedure of electrode module design for injection mould is set out by an example in this paper.
