摘要
运用拉弯成形专用模拟软件PS2F对角形截面不锈钢型材拉弯件的成形过程进行了模拟研究。并以某型地铁车体不锈钢角形截面弯梁为典型件,对其拉弯成形工艺进行数值分析和优化,通过分析起皱等成形缺陷,开发出高精度拉弯胎具。试验结果表明成形件轮廓精度大幅度提高,并消除了起皱、截面畸变等成形缺陷,产品质量精度完全满足生产要求。
In this paper the stretch bend forming process of stainless steel profiles with angle shape cross section is researched by the PS2F(Profile Stretch 2D Forming) software special for the simulating of stretch bend forming process. The principle of the software is introduced firstly, and a stainless steel curve beam with angle shape cross section of a subway car is taken as a typical part, its stretch bend forming process is analyzed and optimized by simulation and the forming defects such as wrinkles etc. is analyzed and a stretch bend forming die with high precision is developed. The experiment results show that the contour precision of the forming part is greatly improved and the forming defects including wrinkles, cross section deformation are eliminated. The quality and precision of the forming parts satisfy the production requirement completely.
