摘要
目的观察非小细胞肺癌组织中的β-连环蛋白和Cyclin D1的表达变化及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测42例非小细胞肺癌及10例肺良性病变组织中的β-连环蛋白和Cyclin D1蛋白。结果在10例肺良性病变组织中β-连环蛋白表达正常,Cyclin D1均呈阴性表达;而在42例非小细胞肺癌组织中β-连环蛋白异常表达率为71.4%,Cyclin D1阳性表达率为76.2%。β-连环蛋白异常表达率与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移情况和生存期有关(P均<0.05)。Cyclin D1表达阳性率与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度和增殖活性密切相关(P均<0.05);β-连环蛋白异常表达与Cyclin D1阳性表达在非小细胞肺癌中呈显著的正相关性(r=0.324,P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌中β-连环蛋白表达异常、Cyclin D1蛋白表达上调。β-连环蛋白的异常表达可能是非小细胞肺癌转移的分子机制之一。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of β-Catenin and Cyclin D1 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissue. Method The expression of β-Catenin and Cyclin DI were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 42 cases of NSCLC and 10 cases of benign pulmonary lesions. Results The expression of β-catenin was normal and the expression of Cyclin D1 was negative in benign pulmonary lesions. In NSCLC abnormal expression rate of β-catenin was 71.4% ,and positive rate of Cychn D1 was 76.2%. Lymph node metastasis and survival of time were related to abnormal expression rate of β-catenin in NSCLC( P 〈0.05). The positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 was closely related to the degree of differentiation and proliferative activity of NSCLC ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; β-Catenin abnormal expression and positive expression of Cyclin D1 in NSCLC were significantly positive correlation ( r = 0. 324, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of β-catenin is abnormal and the Cyclin D1 expression increases in NSCLC tissues. Abnormal expression of β- catenin may be one of the molecular mechanism of the transfer of NSCLC.
