稳定表达绿色荧光蛋白基因胃癌细胞株的构建 被引量：1

摘要 目的建立稳定表达绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)的胃癌细胞株。方法将携带GFPcDNA的质粒载体转染至胃癌细胞株SGC-7901内,经过G418筛选和克隆化培养,用荧光显微镜检测癌细胞荧光表达情况。结果转染GF-PcDNA的胃癌细胞用G418筛选及克隆化培养后,再经150 d(50代)培养,96%高表达GFP。将SGC-7901-GFP细胞株接种于裸鼠皮下,成瘤良好。结论成功建立了稳定表达GFP的胃癌细胞株SGC-7901-GFP。
