膀胱移行细胞癌组织中PCNA的表达变化及意义

摘要 目的观察膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测69例BTCC患者癌组织中的PCNA。结果PCNA阳性表达42例(60.87%),其表达与BTCC病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移呈有相关性(P均<0.05)。结论BTCC中PCNA表达升高。PCNA阳性表达率可作为判断病情及评估预后的参考指标。
