低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗LDH疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法采用低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗LDH75例,用改良Macnab标准评价疗效。结果75例患者均穿刺成功,术后症状有不同程度的缓解,未发生不良反应及并发症。术后2个月优41例,良20例,可12例,无效2例,优良率为81.3%。结论低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术操作简单,创伤轻微,是治疗LDH安全、有效的手术方法。
