内、外固定联合治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价内、外固定技术联合应用治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折的疗效。方法64例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者,34例采用内固定法治疗(内固定组),30例采用内、外联合固定治疗(联合固定组)。结果两组骨折均愈合。复位情况内固定组优12例、良15例、可5例、差2例,优良率为79.41%。联合固定组优23例、良4例、可2例、差1例,优良率为90%。两组优良率相比,P<0.05。结论内、外固定技术联合应用治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折疗效优于单纯内固定治疗。
