同种异体胸骨移植修复侵袭性纤维瘤手术切除后的胸壁缺损(附1例报告) 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察同种异体胸骨移植修复胸壁侵袭性纤维瘤手术切除后胸壁缺损的可能性。方法对1例胸壁侵袭性纤维瘤患者,手术切除肿瘤,然后行同种胸骨移植重建胸壁。结果随访15个月移植胸骨无坏死,刀口愈合良好,肿瘤无复发。结论同种异体胸骨移植重建胸壁侵袭性纤维瘤手术切除后的胸壁是可行的。
