土壤中有机污染物的超临界流体萃取——色质联用分析 被引量:5

STUDY ON THE ANALYTICAL METHOD OF ORGANIC POLLUTANTS FROM THE SOIL OF COKING WORKSHOP OF STEEL PLANT USING OFFLINE SFE AND GCMSDS

摘要 研究了超临界流体萃取炼钢厂炼焦车间土壤中有机污染物的最佳萃取条件.在最佳萃取条件下,对土壤样品进行了超临界流体萃取,离线色质联用分析,并同索氏萃取法进行了比较. おupercritical fluid extraction (SFE) was optimized for the extraction of the organic pollutants from the soil of the coking workshop of steels plant,the organic pollutants were extracted by using SFE under the optimum extract condition:40Mpa,80℃,10ml liquid CO2 modified with 0.5 percent methanol,and analyzed by offline GCMS.The results were compared with Soxhelt extraction.The mean recovery of 20 kinds of organic pollutants was in the range of 87.0~104.1 percent,the relative standard deviation was in the range of 2.5~12.1 percent.
