摘要 以斑马鱼为受试生物检测灭多威对生物体组织器官的影响.实验结果显示,暴露在较高浓度(>0.017ul/ml)的灭多威溶液中,斑马鱼的存活率降低.鳃组织结构出现异常,鳃小片被破坏,堵塞鳃丝被堵塞和基部血管被破坏;斑马鱼肝脏出现白色絮状物,失去原有的饱满感,肝细胞受到破坏;卵巢及鳔也出现不同程度病变.本实验结果表明高浓度的灭多威对生物体有毒副作用. In this experiment, the effect of the Methomyl on the tissues and organs of Zebrafish was tested. The experimental results showed that some organizational structure of the Zebrafish, which is exposure to high concentrations of Methomyl(〉0.017 ul/ml), become abnormal.The gills of Zebrafish was changed with the destruction of gill lamella, the plug of gill filaments and the damage of base vessel; The liver of Zebrafish is aslo seriously damaged with the appearance of white floccus. Ovary and fishmaw also become abnormal. It showed that Methomyl have toxic effects on the tissue of Brachydanio rerio.
