摘要
目的研究马棘(Indigofera pseudotinctoria Mats.)的止血作用。方法分别以水和95%乙醇为溶剂提取马棘,采用毛细玻管法、玻片法和剪尾法检测马棘对小鼠的止血作用。结果马棘的水提物和醇提物均能影响小鼠的出血与凝血时间。结论马棘具有明确的止血药理作用。
Objective To study the haemostatic effect of Indigofera pseudotinctoria Mats. Methods The herb medicine was extracted by aqua and 95 % ethanol respectively. The haemostatic effects were detected by glass - capillary, glass - plate and tail - cutting on mouse. Results The aqueous and ethanol extracts obviously affected bleeding time and clotting time of mouse. Conclusion Indigofera pseudotinctoria Mats has a haemostatic effect on mouse.
