摘要
2004年选用冀谷12号干种子搭载第20颗返回式卫星进行处理,对诱变后代的农艺性状进行观察。结果显示:SP1代种子出苗率和幼苗生长势受到一定抑制,但拔节后植株生长势增强;SP1代出现的株高、穗长和单株产量等性状变异,SP2代仍得到充分表现;SP3代入选株系各性状基本稳定,株高、穗长和单株产量平均值与SP2代相近,但变异幅度和变异系数均较SP2代明显减小。表明诱变处理可使谷子产生丰富的变异,各性状变异幅度和变异系数明显增大,而且正向变异较多,株高降低,穗长和单株产量增加。SP3代各性状基本稳定。空间诱变缩短了谷子育种周期。
The seeds of foxtail millet Jigu No. 12 were boarded on the No. 20 recoverable satellite in 2004, and the agronomic characters of their mutation progeny were investigated. The results indicated that the emergence rate and seedling growth potential were inhibited in SP~ generation, while the plant growth vigor became strong. The character variation such as plant height, ear length and yield per plant in SPl generation completely expressed in SP2 generation. The characters were basically stable in SP3 generation, the average of plant height, ear length and yield per plant were similar to that in SP2 generation, while the variation range and variation coefficient reduced obviously. The space mutation could make foxtail millet produce variation. The variation range and variation coefficient of every characters increased obviously, the plant height shortened, and the ear length and the yield per plant increased. The characters of SP3 were stable. The breeding cycle of foxtail millet were shortened by space mutation.
