Humble Opinion on the Management of Adult Teaching in Agricultural University

农业高校成人教学具有内容丰富、形式多样、关联紧密和实效性强的特点。针对当前教学管理中存在的问题,提出树立正确的管理理念,规范教学管理,切实提高工作人员素质,开发利用教学综合信息资源等建议,使之更好地服务于农业类成人教育事业和"三农"。

The adult teaching in agricultural university has the characters of rich contents, diversified forms, close relation and strong effectiveness. According to the problems in current teaching management, the suggestions are proposed including establishing the accurate management idea, regulating teaching management and improving the quality of staff to provide better services for the adult educational cause in agricultural university and agriculture, countryside and peasants.
