基于ANSYS的液压剪板机刀架有限元分析 被引量:7

摘要 刀架是液压剪板机的重要组成部分,板料的剪切精度很大程度上与刀架的结构有关。目前刀架上承受的剪切力计算大多还是按均布载荷来分析的。采用ANSYS中的ADPL语言编写移动载荷各个载荷步的信息,研究了移动载荷作用下刀架的变形、等效应力和等效应变,并与施加均布载荷时的情况进行了对比,得到的最大等效应力比均布载荷时大18.9%,结果表明施加移动载荷在刀架结构分析中的重要性。对比移动载荷下刀架转轴处作用力和碟簧压力不同分别取不同值情况下刀架的等效应力,发现两处作用力对刀架的影响较小,对比了液压缸处作用力解析计算和数值模拟计算的结果,发现两种结果误差为9.8%,由此可以看出施加移动载荷得到的结果是可靠的。 Tool carrier is the main component of shears,the structure of tool carrier are immediately involved precision of shearing. At present, shear force is still analyzed according to uniform load. APDL language of finite element program ANSYS is adopted to compile the moving loads' information of each time fragment, the deformation, stress and strain of the tool carrier on moving load has been obtained,and the analyzed data is contrasted to that on uniform load, the result show that the stress is enlarge 18.9%,and that the importance in tool carrier on moving load. In addition, contrasted the equivalent stress of tool carrier under circumstances that two kinds of load on revolving shaft and disk spring, and the influence of the couple of position is very small, contrasted the analytical solution and the numerical method obtained that the error is 9.8 %,this shows that the result on moving load is reliable.
