摘要
文章分析了激光雕刻运动控制系统的结构,提出了运动控制系统的几种方案,并采用PC+运动控制卡作为运动控制系统的上位控制,通过C++Builder 6.0编制应用程序,调用ADT8940运动控制卡的库函数,完成对伺服电机的精确控制。同时,提出了圆柱体表面雕刻的解决方案,实现圆柱体表面的精确雕刻。
This paper analysis the structure of the laser engraving motion control system, put forward several solutions of motion control system, and use of PC + motion control card as the upper of the control of motion control system, through the C ++ Builder 6.0 programming application, and call library function of ADT8940 motion control card, achieve the precise control of servo motor. At the same time, put forward a solution of cylindrical surface engraving which achieve precise cylindrical surface sculpture.
