摘要
深入研究自动化生产线底层生产设备智能可重构控制系统设计及与上层计划调度层多agent制造平台融合形成统一自动化生产线可重构控制环境问题,应用基于IEC61499标准的功能块(functionblock)机理设计与实现底层自动化生产设备的可重构控制系统,设计了四层层状结构,即底层FB生产网络层、设备实时通讯层、设备生产信息层、设备智能协调层组成的生产设备可重构控制智能封装结构,通过该结构与计划调度层的智能可重构控制系统的集成,最终实现综合底层生产设备的生产线可重构控制。
Designing reconfignrable control of lower level production machines in automation production line and integrating it with planning and schedule multi agent manufacturing platform were studied. IEC61499 function blocks was applied to contruct reconfignrable control structure of production machines. Four layer reconfigurable control structure is proposed, that is function blocks production networks, device real-time communi- cation, machine production information and intelligent coordination. This structure makes it possible to implement reconfignrable control of machine and integrate with upper reconfigurable environment.
