消除数控车床Y向偏差的修正技术

摘要 在分析数控车床Y向无刀偏和有刀偏的状态中比较Y向偏差的变化,通过对Y向偏差的分析研究采取相应的对策加以解决。推出Y向偏差的计算公式,归纳出车削比基圆小或大的圆时的Y向偏差变化规律。为保证工件加工精度,提供了通过修改程序和调整Y向刀偏量予以补尝Y向偏差的修正技术。 Relevant methods are provided to solve the problems caused by the change which take place while CNC is working with Y-direction deviations, either in the knife-deviated or no knife-deviated conditions. By comparing the changes, the formula to calculate the CNC Y-direction deviations is deduced and its changing law is induced when you are working on a smaller or larger circle than the basic one. To guarantee the precision of the work-piece, the amendment techniques are offered to improve the procedures and adjust the deviated amount of the Y-direction knife to make up for the CNC Y-direction deviations.
