旋刀切药机技术改造及其分析

Analysis and Reconstruction of Herbal Medicine Rotary Lathe

针对特材药棒切断面质量严重恶化问题,详细、系统地分析了影响旋刀切药机切断面质量的各种因素,指出切药机技术改造的重点,找出改造的关键部位,确定了技术改造方案,采取有效措施对旋刀切药机后导板导向孔进行技术改造,并对其进行了深入的研究与分析,较好的解决了切药机关键部件使用寿命短、棒料长度及断面质量差、生产效率低下的难题,同时示例性的给出了技术改造的一般原则与方法。实践证明,改造是成功的,效果是明显的。

On account of the severe deterioration of the medical rammer＇ s cut surface, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the cut surface＇ s quality in herbal medicine rotary lathe detailly and indicates the emphasis and key position of the technial reconstruction in rotary lathe. As the result, an new reconstructing proposal was set up by effectively improving the lead hole of the rear guide strip in rotary lathe, which solves the problems as the limited useful time of key position in rotary lathe, the low quality in the length and cut surface of medical rammer and the low production efficiency. Further more, the general principal and methods of technical reconstruction were put forwards by an example.
