摘要 采用L9(34)正交试验法,研究了新梢段位(梢部、中部、基部)、基质(河沙、珍珠岩、草炭)及生长素类型(NAA、IBA、NAA与IBA混合液(1∶1))对金丝梅(Hypericum Patulum)嫩枝扦插繁殖效果的影响。对扦插成活率、根系总生长量、根鲜重、根数、新梢总生长量、新梢鲜重等指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:以河沙或珍珠岩为扦插基质,扦插成活率较高;以枝条中上部位做插条,扦插苗根系的生长发育情况较好;用吲哚丁酸处理对扦插成活及扦插苗生长发育有一定的促进作用。综合各测定指标,进行金丝梅扦插繁殖时,以河沙或珍珠岩为扦插基质,采用新梢中上部作为插条,经吲哚丁酸处理可获得较高的成活率以及较高质量的扦插苗。 The orthogonal design L9( 3^4)was conducted to study the effects of different shoot section(terminal, middle and basal), matrix (sand, perlite and peat) and auxin treatment (NAA, IBA and the mixture of NAA + IBA ( 1 : 1 ) ) on the softwood cutting propagation of Hypericum patulum (Pericum Patulum Thunb) . The indexes, including survival rate, increments of root, shoot growth, fresh root weight and radical number were examined. The results show that using sand or perlite as cutting media would have higher survival rate; the cuttings derived from the middle or terminal section of shoots would lead to vigorous growth of roots; the auxin treatment of IBA increased the survival rate and enhanced the growth of young plants to a certain degree. The best combinations of treatments for Hypericum patulum cutting propagation were sand or perlit substrate+terminal shoot cutting -+IBA treatment, which would be of benefit to higher cutting survival rate and high-quality young cutting plants.
