板蓝根多糖对中华鳖小肠抗氧化酶活性和脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Indigowoad Root Polysaccharide on Antioxidant Enzyme Activity and Lipid Peroxidation in the Small Intestine of Trionyx sinensis

摘要 研究了腹腔注射板蓝根多糖(IRPS)对中华鳖小肠抗氧化酶活性和脂质过氧化的影响。24只中华鳖分成4组,每天注射1.5mg/只、3mg/只、6mg/只处理组和注射生理盐水对照组,连续注射3d。结果表明,3个IRPS处理组均能显著提高SOD、GSH-PX酶活性,极显著降低MDA含量,而且小肠SOD活性随注射剂量的增大而增强,MDA含量随注射剂量的增大而降低。3mg/只注射组对GSH-PX酶活性提高最显著,1.5mg/只剂量组能显著提高CAT酶活性,但3mg/只、6mg/只剂量组对CAT酶活性无显著性影响。 The effect of intraperitoneal injections of indigowoad root polysaccharide (IRPS) on antioxidant enzyme activity and lipid peroxidation in the small intestine of Trionyx sinensis was studied in this paper. There were four groups in this ex- periment, and each group was injected with 1.5 mg, 3 mg, and 6 mg IRPS and normal saline respectively for three days. Results showed that superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activities were increased signifi- cantly by injecting with IRPS. Malondialchehyche (MDA) content decreased significantly. SOD activity increased and MDA content decreased with increasing dosages of IRPS. However, GSH-PX activity increased most significantly with 3 mg IRPS. Catalase (CAT) activity increased significantly with 1.5 nag IRPS, but there was no obvious effect of 3 mg and 6 mg IRPS on CAT activity,
