摘要 SBR工艺由于其除磷脱氮效果好、运行灵活已日益受到重视。本文主要介绍了一套除磷脱氮SBR工艺的设计方法,内容包括污泥泥龄和剩余污泥量的确定、SBR池贮水容积的确定、污泥沉降速度的计算和池子尺寸的确定、进水贮水池的设计、曝气系统和撇水系统的设计,并给出了这套设计方法的应用举例。 Abstract Great attention is being achieved increasingly by SBR process with advantages of excellent performance in denitrification, phosphorus removal and flexible operation. The design procedures of a SBR facility to remove N and P are described in this paper. This includes the methods to determine the sludge age and sludge residue, to define the water storage volume of SBR tank, to calculate the sludge setting velocity and to estimate the size of the tanks of SBR reactor and inflow water storage, and the design of aeration system and water decanter. Also a practical example of design according to the procedure is given.
