摘要
采用大田试验方法,研究了不同施肥模式下种植黑麦草对根际土壤氮转化相关土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:采用50%的N由有机肥提供,50%的N由尿素提供的施肥模式时,黑麦草根际土壤脲酶、硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶活性最强,黑麦草地上部产量最高。
Effect of different fertilization pattern on the nitrogen transformation enzyme in the rhizosphere soil of ryegrass was studied using the field experiment. The results showed that the activities of urease, nitrate reductase, nitrite reductases and the yield of above ground plants were the highest with the fertilization pattern of taking 50 percent nitrogen from organic fertilizer and the other 50 percent nitrogen from urea.
