摘要
采用单扫描极谱法研究了苏丹红Ⅰ的极谱行为,旨在建立一种简单、快捷和灵敏的检测苏丹红Ⅰ含量的单扫描极谱分析方法。实验采用三电极系统(DME为工作电极,Pt电极为对电极,SCE为参比电极),以KCl和丙酮为底液,发现苏丹红Ⅰ在-1.35 V左右处有一个灵敏的二阶导数的极谱峰,其二阶导数极谱波峰高与苏丹红Ⅰ的浓度在0.10-3.50μg/mL范围内呈较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.992 8,苏丹红Ⅰ的回收率为95%-105.2%,最小检测限为0.089 0μg/mL。在最佳实验条件下,考察了可能共存的金属离子Al^3+、Fe^3+、Fe^2+、Cu^2+、Pb^2+对苏丹红Ⅰ测定的影响,峰高和峰电位有不同程度的变化。利用二阶导数的极谱波建立了苏丹红Ⅰ含量的单扫描极谱分析方法,并应用这种方法对5种可能添加苏丹红Ⅰ的食品进行了测定,实验结果显示利用苏丹红Ⅰ在Ep约为-1.35 V时的二阶导数极谱波对样品进行极谱分析的方法快速、准确。
A simple, rapid, and sensitive single-sweep polarographie method has been developed for the determination of the content of sudan Ⅰ. In this experiment, the polarographic behavior of sudan Ⅰ was studied using three-electrode-system. By using KCl and acetone as the base solution, a sensitive polarographic wave of sudan Ⅰ was detected at about -- 1.35 V. The results show that the height of dei'ivative polarographic wave peak is linearly correlated with the concentration of sudan Ⅰ in the range of 0. 10 to 3.50μg/mL (the correlation coefficient r= 0. 992 8), the detection limit is 0. 089μg/mL and the recovery is 95%-105.2%. Under the optimum conditions of the experiment, the interferences of concomitant Al^3+ , Fe^3+ , Fe^2+ , Cu^2+ , Pb^2+ were studied, the results show that these ions affect the height and the position of the polarographic wave peak to different degrees. According to Ep =- 1.35 V of sudan Ⅰ , the sudan determination experiments for 5 kinds of food were performed, ysis method for the single-sweep polarographic and feasible. and the results show that the polarographic analbehavior study of sudan dyes is rapid, accurate,and feasible.
