摘要
介绍了一种用于油水分离的新型水力旋流器——轴向入口水力旋流器,与切向入口水力旋流器相比其结构更加紧凑,更适合于由多个水力旋流器单体构成的组合产品。同时,运用FLUENT软件对其油水分离情况进行了三维数值模拟,计算中采用RSM湍流模型、MIXTURE两相流模型。数值计算结果表明,轴向入口水力旋流器具有良好油水分离效率,值得在石油行业的采油废水处理中进行应用和推广。
A new type of hydrocyclone--axial entrance hydrocyclone utilized for oil-water separation is introduced in this paper. Compared with the tangent entrance hydrocyclone, its structure is more compact, and which especially suits to be utilized in the component product made of a number of hydrocyclones. At the same time, a three-dimensional numerical simulation on this type of axial entrance hydroeyclone was conducted by using the FLUENT software packager. The Reynolds-stress model(RSM) of turbulent flow and the Mixture model for two-phase flow are utilized in the simulation. The numerical results show that this new type of axial entrance hydrocyclone has excellent efficiency of oil-water separation. The axial entrance hydrocyelone is worthy being applied for deoiling of waste water in petrochemical industry.
