摘要 微波加热原油具有加热时间短、升温快,整体加热且加热均匀,有利于环保,易于实现自动化控制等优势,广泛应用于石油工业领域,是一个具有发展潜力的新兴课题。在微波加热原油降凝降粘实验的基础上,着重探讨了微波加热技术在原油管道输送加热中的应用。介绍了微波加热原理及其组件功能,阐述了原油管道输送微波加热系统的基本构成,并提出了结构设计和模糊控制方案,对于微波加热样机的研制具有理论和现实意义。 The microwave heating technique, which is a new potential task in oil industry, has the advantages of short heating time, rapid temperature increase, overall and even heating and being beneficial for environmental protection. Based on microwave heating high-pour-point and viscous oil experiments, the application of microwave heating technique into oil transportation was discussed. The principle and characteristics of microwave heating and its component function were introduced. The basic composition and structure of microwave heating system were also discussed, and the structure design and fuzzy control project were put forward for the pattern machine establishment.
