摘要
压阻式压力敏感元件的输出特性温度系数较高,为了保证测量数据的准确度必须对测量数据进行修正。文中介绍了基于最小二乘曲线拟合技术在XQY1-1型气压传感器中的应用。
The output property temperature coefficient of piezoresistive air sensor is very high. To assure the accuracy of measuring data, it is obligatory to correct the data. The application of curve fitting based on least-squares methods in XQY1-1 air pressure transmitter is introduced.
