摘要
根据三相流化床生化反应器的特征,推导出只包含底物浓度的降解动力学模型,在实验室条件下测定了10-4菌种几组不同初始底物浓度下的降解数据,同时根据菌种的实际降解动力学特性进行了修正,最后将实验数据在动力学模型上进行拟合,得到了模型及其参数:最大比生长速率、饱合常数Ks和变构基质抑制常数Ks’的值。
The ability of immobilized cells for phenol-toxicant biodegradation was examined in a three-phase fluidixed-bed reactor (TFR). Some cellular biological experiments were carried out in laboratory. The phenol-degradation process of free cells ( Candida Maltosa 10- 4) was observed, and the kinetic parameters were estimated on the basis of the data obtained from experiment and the model set thereafter The experimental results show that allosteric inhibition has an effect over the biodegradation process. The basic kinetic data measured in the relevant experiments lay a good foundation for the future design and application of bioreactors to waste water treatment.
