摘要
在小径管焊缝超声波探伤中,对于仪器的水平刻度尺刻度的划分和对仪器的扫描速度的调整提出了新的方法。利用大的折射角度的斜探头,可以通过DL-1型试块的2个横通孔的反射脉冲一次波按照比例准确地调整好扫描速度。该方法对于精确地判断缺陷位置及确定焊缝根部缺陷性质会起到很大的作用。
In the ultrasonic flaw detection of small diameter tube weld, the new method for division of horizontal scale graduation and scanning speed adjustment of apparatus was proposed. By using of the leaning probe with large refraction angle, aceording to the primary wave of reflection pulse which was passed through the two test horizontal through hole in DL - 1 test block in certain proportion, the scanning speed can be adjusted accurately. The method will have a great effect for accurate defect allocation and determining the properties of defect in the root of weld.
