摘要 甲烷测定器是煤矿企业安全生产必不可少的测定仪器,光干涉型甲烷测定器在使用过程中产生的"光谱漂移"问题,直接影响甲烷测定精度。该文解析其工作原理,罗列了光谱自动漂移的种种现象,分析其影响因素并对防止光谱漂移提出具体的措施。 Methane Detector is an indispensable measurement instrument of production safety in coal mining enterprises. The problem of spectral drift during the use of the Optical Interferometric Methane Detector willdirectly affect the determination of accuracy. This essay specially analyses the working principle of the Optical Interferometric Methane Detector and lists the phenomena of the automatic drift spectrum. Through random experiments, it analyses the factors of affecting spectral drift. In the end it gives some specific measures of preventing spectral drift. Only if we use and maintain the instrument properly according to the requirement can we ensure the determination of accuracy of the Methane Detector.
