生物膜法A/O系统处理化纤废水中试研究

摘要 采用生物膜法A/O(缺氧/好氧)系统处理化纤废水的试验结果表明,该系统处理化纤废水不但对COD、氰化物有较强的降解能力,而且对氨氮和总氮也有较好的去除效果。在缺氧段与好氧段的容积比为1:3,硝化液回流比为3:1,系统水力停留时间为47h时,生物膜法A/O系统对化纤废水氨氮的去除率超过90%,总氮和COD的去除率分别达到80%和90%以上。 The experiment result of treating chemical fiber waste water with biological film technique A/O system shows that treating chemical fiber waste water with this system not only has stronger degradability to COD and cyanides, but also has better result of ammonia/nitrogen and total nitrogen removal.The volumetric ratio of anaerobic section /aerobic section is 1:3, the reflux ration of nitrate solution is 3:1, the system hydraulic residence time is 47 hrs. Ammonia/nitrogen removal rate form chemical fiber waste water with biological film technique A/O system is above 90%,removal rate of total nitrogen and COD reaches to 80% and above 90% separately.
