摘要
从水资源可持续利用的角度出发,分析了水电工程带来的一系列生态环境影响,提出了水电工程利用水资源须在满足水量、水质、生态需水量的前提下,对流域(区域)水资源进行科学合理配置,以达到水资源的可持续利用。
From viewpoint of sustainable utilization of water resources,a series of environment impacts by building hydropower projects are studied.It is pointed out that sustainable utilization of water resources can be achieved by scientific and proper allocation of water resources in river basin after water quantities,water quality and ecological water demand are satisfied.
