Analysis of Necessities and a Comparison among Plans of Supplementing Fuel to Excessive Gas Recovery Power Plant

分析了高炉煤气的燃料特性对发电设备的安全性、经济性的影响，论述了锅炉在剩余煤气产量不足时采用补燃措施的必要性，并通过比较各种补燃方案的优缺点提出了补燃的条件和方法，从而进一步阐明了充分利用剩余的高炉煤气发电对节能、环保和提高综合经济效益的意义。

Abstract This paper analyses the effects of characteristics of blast furnace gas as fuel on the safety and econony of power producing equipments, describes the necessities of taking measures to supplement fuel to a boiler when the excessive gas is not enough, draws up the conditions and methods for supplementing fuel on the basis of a comparison among advantages and disadvantates of plans for this propose, and demonstrates further the environmental, energy saving and economic significances of making a good use of blast furnace excessive gas.
