Technological innovation is the inherent power about survival and development of the enterprise. Corporate culture is the key of adapting cultural management and enhancing its image and strength. In general, the activities of technological innovation not only directly affect the process and results of material production, but also adjust the frame of internal benefits and innovates the corporate culture involving institution, behavior patterns and values.
