中国城市社区和农村社区自治论纲——一种基于法学和社会学视野的分析范式

Discussion on the Autonomy of Urban Community and Countryside Community:An Analysis Model Based on Legal Science and Social Science

社区一词由德国腾尼斯首先提出,它与现实实践是有一定的差距的。社区自治作为一种推进基层民主的有效形式被提上议事日程是社会转型的必然结果。城市社区和农村社区的自治有着一定的相似之处,但二者之间的差距也是比较明显的。我国的社区自治是在非均衡状态下进行的,虽然取得了较大成绩,不过要想达到理想状态,实现社会和谐,还有很长的路要走。

The word community was first termed by Nice in Germany. It had certain disparity with the reality practice. As a kind of effective form for promoting grassroots democracy, community autonomy is an inevitable result of society transformation. The urban community and the countryside community autonomy have certain similarity, but the disparity between them is also quite obvious. The community autonomy in China is developed under the non-equilibrium state. Although much progress has been made, more effort has to be made in order to achieve the ideal condition, realize society harmony.
