摘要
通过对有关实验结果和有关资料的研究,从产酸相的效能、产甲烷相的运行状况及相分离对厌氧发酵菌群分布和组成的影响等方面,分析了产酸相与产甲烷相分离的优越性。结果表明,实现厌氧生物处理过程的二相分离,能从两个主要方面提高整个厌氧生物处理系统的处理能力和运行稳定性:1.产酸相为产甲烷相提供最佳发酵末端产物组成,提高产酸发酵的相对收率及产甲烷相的处理能力;2.二相分离使厌氧生物处理过程中各大类微生物群体之间的协同作用增强,彼此之间的制约作用得到削弱。
The superiority of phase seperation in two-phase anerobic biotreatment system was comprehensively discussed through analyzing the related references combined with the experimental results.The research of the effectiveness of acid-phase,the operating status of methane-phase and the influence of phase separation on the microbic groups and their constitution in anerobic fermentation process was performed.The results confirmed that the treatment capacity and the operation stability of the whole anerobic biotreatment system were improved through the fulfillment of two-phase seperation as follows.On the one hand,the optimal fermentation products were provided to the methane-phase by the acid-phase while the relative retrieval rate of the acidorganic fermentation increasing,so the treatment capacity of the methaneorganic phase was improved.On the other hand,the interspecies coordination among the main microbic groups in the system was improved while the interact of microbic species being weakened.
