经内镜治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤38例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Subnucosa Tumor of Stomach via Endoscope

目的经内镜诊断及治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤。方法经内镜下圈套电切≤2.0cm的胃黏膜下肿瘤。结果38例患者均1次完整切除肿瘤,术后均无大出血、穿孔等并发症。病理回报:32例为平滑肌瘤,5例为脂肪瘤,1例为神经纤维瘤。随访6个月,无1例复发。结论内镜下圈套高频电切治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤,是安全有效的,可替代外科手术。

Objective To discuss the method of stomach submucosa tumor via edoscope. Methods 38 cases of such patient whose tumor side was less than 2.0era were underwent opeation with loop via endoscope. Results All tumors were resected completely without complication such as bleeding, perforation. The pathology results were 32 cases in leiomyoma, 5 casses in lipoma and 1 case in neurofibrorna. There was no relapse after 6 month follow - up. Conclusion This method might be safe and effective.
