显色培养基快速检测食品中大肠杆菌的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)显色培养基(简称HKEA)的检测效果。方法以制备的显色培养基HKEA与国外3种同类商品化显色培养基FKTBX、FKEA和CHEA对比,分别对13株质控菌、12种模拟样品以及15份实际样品进行检测。结果测试质检菌株、模拟样品和实际样品在配制的大肠杆菌显色培养基可以达到与FKTBX、FKEA和CHEA相近的检测限和灵敏度。对某些大肠杆菌的灵敏度比国外同类显色培养基更高。结论研究试制的显色培养基HKEA与国外其它三种显色培养基一样,都具有较好的检测效果,可大大提高大肠杆菌的检测效率,预测在实际应用中具有较大的价值。 Objective To evaluate the detective efficacy of chromogenic Escherichia coli Agar (HKEA) . Methods A new chromogenic medium HKEA prepared by our laboratory was compared with three chromogenic media FKTBX, FKEA and CHEA for detection of E.coli by thirteen reference strains, twelve samples in with E.coli were added, and fifteen samples collected. Results The sensitivity of chromogenic media HKEA, FKTBX, FKEA and CHEA were the same and the sensitivity of HKEA was higher than other three. Conclusion HKEA is as efficacious as other three imported chromogenic media in detection of E.coli.
