胃癌中内皮抑素表达与血管形成的关系

Expression of endostatin in gastric cancer and its relationship with vascularization

目的探讨内皮抑素(endostatin)表达、微血管(MVD)在胃癌发生、发展中的作用及对预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化S—P法检测endostatin、MVD在118例胃癌、10例正常胃组织中的表达,并分析与胃癌临床病理参数的关系。结果endostatin表达强度与胃癌临床分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05,P<0.05)。胃癌中MVD均值(42.1±12.6),明显高于正常胃组织(20.1±6.28)(P<0.05),Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胃癌MVD均值(49.58±13.76),高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(33.31±10.62)(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移组MVD均值(54.73±13.54)高于未转移组(40.27±10.46)(P<0.05)。结论endostatin及MVD在胃癌发展中起重要作用,可对胃癌恶性程度的判断和预后评估提供有效依据。

Objective To investigate the impact of expression of endostantin on the occurrence, development and prognosis of gastric cancer. Mehtods The expression of endostatin and microvascular density（MVD） in 118 gastric cancer patients and 10 normal controls were determined by S-P methods. Results The extent of ecpression of wndostatin was associated with the clinical phasing of gastric ancer and lymphatic metastasis （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.05 ）. The mean MVD was 49.58± 13.76, significantly higher than （20.1±6.28）in normal tissue （P〈0.05）. The measn MVD of gastric cancer at phases of Ⅲ-Ⅳ was 49.58±13.76 higher than that at phases Ⅰ-Ⅱ（33.31±10.62）（P〈0.05）. Mean MVD of metastasis group was 54.73±13.54, higher than those of non-metastasis group （40.27±10.46）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emdostatin is involved in the occurrence and progress of gastric cancer and it is also an indicator for differentiation and prognosis of malignancy of gastric cancer
