摘要
目的探讨洛泊对体外培养的浆液性卵巢癌细胞SKOV3凋亡的诱导作用。方法体外培养卵巢癌细胞SKOV3,用MTT比色法检测洛铂对SKOV3细胞株的增殖抑制作用以及流式细胞仪检测洛铂对SKOV3细胞株的凋亡率。结果体外培养的卵巢癌SKOV3细胞经不同浓度的洛泊处理后细胞生长明显受到抑制,洛泊作用于卵巢癌SKOV3细胞可诱导细胞的凋亡。结论卵巢癌SKOV3细胞对洛泊敏感,洛泊对卵巢癌细胞的杀伤作用是通过诱导细胞凋亡途径实现的。
Objective To investigate the apoptosis of cultured human ovarian carcinoma cell SKOV3 induced by lobaplatin in vitro. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the effect of lobaplatin on proliferation, of human ovarian arcinoma cells and the apoptosis of SKOV3 cells were detectrd with by flow cytometry. Results Lobaplatin could inhibit the proliferation of SKOV3 cells significantly, After treatment with lobaplatin, SKOV3 cells showed some typical morphologic features of apoptosis. Conclursion Lobaplatin is capable of inhibiting the proliferation and inducing the apoptosis of SKOV3 cells.
