以丘脑病变为主要表现的热射病2例分析 被引量:2

Analysis of 2 heat stroke cases characterized by thalamus lesion

摘要 目的探讨以丘脑病变为主要表现的热射病的原因及可能机理。方法回顾性分析2例以丘脑病变为主要表现的热射病的临床资料。结果2例热射病患者起病早期除出现高热、昏迷等临床表现外,体查都发现双眼凝视鼻尖的丘脑定位体征。结论有高温环境下作业史,出现高热、昏迷及丘脑定位体征的患者,也应考虑热射病的诊断。
