气相色谱法检测食用植物油中多种抗氧化剂方法研究 被引量:5

Determination of a variety of antioxidants in edible lipin by gas phase chromatography

摘要 目的建立快速检测食用植物油中3种抗氧化剂同时测定气相色谱方法。方法用乙醇提取食用植物油中叔丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、2,6-二叔丁基羟基甲酚(BHT)、叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)等3种抗氧化剂,考证气相测定条件。结果在色谱柱,HP-525m×0.32mm×0.17μm柱温160℃,进样口、检测器温度250℃,柱流量:2.0mL/min。BHA、BHT、TBHQ的相关系数r均大于0.999,检出限在0.041~1.22μg/mL之间,相对标准差小于4.8%,回收率在89.5%~104.2%之间。结论操作方便、快速、准确度高,能实现多种抗氧化剂的同时测定。 Objective To determine BHA (butylhydroxy anisole),BHT (dibutyl hydroxy toluene) and TBHQ (tertbutylhydroquinone) in edible lipin by a variety of antioxidants gas phase method. Methods Ethanol was used to extract BHA (butylhydroxy anisole) ,BHT (dibutyl hydroxy toluene) and TBHQ (tert-butylhydroquinone).Chromatogram condition: eolumn:HP-525m×0.32mm×0.17um was used with column temperature of 160℃ ,the detector temperature was 250℃ ,flow column 2.0mL/min. Results Correlation coefficient was 〉0.999 for BHA,BHT,TBHQ,and the detection limit were 0.041- 1.22ug,the relative standard deviation was 4.8%,the recoveries were 89.5-104.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
