摘要
使用HP-1柱和带火焰光度检测器的色谱仪进行试验,在固定柱温和分流比后,用正交试验设计来考察检测器温度、氢气流量、空气流量和进样量这四个因素对噻酚峰响应(峰面积)的影响,找出最佳的操作条件,建立了用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工业用纯苯中微量噻酚的分析方法,该方法相对标准偏差小于3%,相对误差小于1%。
HP- 1 was used as column and PFPD was used as detector in GC to do experiment. With fixed column temperature and split ratio, by changing DET temperature, H2 flow, air flow and injection volume, the effect on thiophere peak was inspected, to select the best operating conditions and to build the test method for determination of trace thiophere in refined benzene by GC. The CV is smaller than 3%, and RE is smaller than 1% ofthe method.
