摘要
针对屠宰废水的特点,将ABR和BAF工艺应用于屠宰废水,对膜法和泥法,单柱和双柱处理单元进行了筛选,提出混凝-膜法ABR-双柱BAF组合工艺。试验结果表明:在进水流量为2L/h,原水COD在1500—4500mg/L、氨氮在30—85mg/L范围时,总出水COD〈100mg/L,氨氮〈50mg/L,分别达到了国家的一、二级排放标准。
ABR and BAF Process were employed for the Slaughter House wastewater treatment. The contrast test were developed between MABR and SABR plus single column and double ones, which followed the Coagulation- ABR- BAF Process. The results showed COD and ammoniac nitrogen in the treated water are below 100 mg/L, 50 mg/L, respectively, which meet the first or second standards of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978- 1996)" at the conditions of COD and ammoniac nitrogen existed in original water are 1 500-4 500 ms/L and 30-85 mg/L.
