摘要
介绍了车削梯形螺纹和铣削曲面的加工工艺。针对梯形螺纹表面的特点,按三种进刀方式阐述了加工小螺距、大螺距和超大螺距三种类型螺纹的进刀方法和加工工艺,总结了其加工优化方法。研究了在Master CAM软件环境下,选用最优的刀路"曲面流线"的方法。并对不同方向的残迹高度值进行比较分析,总结出了最佳的走刀方向。
The article introduces the processing technology of the turning trapezoidal milling surface, and describes the feed methods and processing technology af the small distance of the thread of screw, large distance of the thread af screw and oversized distance of the thread of screw by three types of feed means, according to the characteristics of the surface of trapezoidal thread. Its methods of the processing optimization have been summarized. The optimal methods of flow line of curve surface are studied in the Master CAM. The optimal cutting direction is summed up, according to comparative analysis of high value of residual traces in different directions.
