摘要 目的:研究高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)技术应用于提纯茶叶功能成分表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的可行性及工艺。方法:采用HSCCC技术从茶叶粗提物中分离提纯得到高纯度的EGCG。结果:乙醚-乙酸乙酯-水溶剂系统(体积比4∶10∶25)具有较好的分离效果,较佳工艺条件为温度35℃、转速800r/min和流动相流速2.5mL/min。结论:采用HSCCC技术分离得到的EGCG样品的HPLC纯度达95%。 Objective: To investigate the feasibility and techniques for purifying epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG) by high speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC). Methods: A HSCCC unit was used for the purification of EGCG from the extracts of tea. Results: The preferable solvent system was composed of Ether-Ethyl Acetate-H2O(4: 10: 25, V/V) , and the preferable technical con- ditions were as follows: the temperature was 35℃, the rotation speed was 800 r/min and the mobile phase flow-rate was 2. 5 mL/min. Conclusion: The purity of the obtained EGCG sample determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is 95% .
